I purchased a painting/print, do I now own the copyright?
No. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce my work for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.
Are You Accepting Commissions?
Not currently, however feel free to reach out if you are interested.
Can I get a tattoo of one of your paintings?
Yes! I would love to see the final work. I do ask that you consider buying something from my shop as well as this helps me to continue doing what I do for a living.
What is a Giclée print and what makes it special?
A print produced by the giclée process (a process that involves squirting microscopic dots of ink onto fine-quality archival paper or canvas).
Basically it's a high quality, archival print :)
What do you mean by "hand-embellished"?
This means I put paint to canvas and make each giclée canvas reproduction unique. It makes it more vibrant and close to the original piece ♥
Will my paper print be hand-signed?
Open edition paper prints may not arrive hand-signed, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of my work I am not currently accepting returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact me & we can work something out.
Shipping Info (US)
Shipping on all orders over $50 is free of charge and shipped through USPS and UPS depending on the size & weight of the order. Tracking information will be provided to the email address provided at checkout.
Original artworks require 2-5 business days to prepare for shipping.
Canvas Reproductions are made to order and require 4-7 business days to prepare for shipping.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Although not very common, it does happen. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during the shipping process, a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier to help recover some of the cost. I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during the shipping process. However I do my best to insure that you are covered by offering complimentary, free of charge, fully insured shipments for orders over $100
Side Note on orders under $100 - USPS covers up to $50 and UPS up to $100 so you're covered as well :)
My Studio operates out of San Diego California, USA.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes I can ship internationally, please reach out if interested.
Taxes and Import Fees
For certain international destinations, this may incur additional import fees, customs fees or tarriffs. Unfortunately I cannot account for every specific international tax on imports, and any required duties must be paid by the purchaser in their respective country. Sorry!
